It depends on the parts. I don't think the jr kits include the MIT, so all you get is a filter and some heat shielding. I do think the redesigned tubes are nice and worth the extra cost. For power, it's not so much how much extra they make as it is a good starter mod. With a CAI and exhaust your setting up your tuner to make more power, CAI is really a supportive mod.
Temperature, altitude, humidity, ect all effect output. I'd say realistically, just enough to make you feel it, but not a major increase.
