Everything posted so far is about right and may I say, there are some things mentioned that I can't even imagine doing or even think about. Funny stuff so far.

So, for anyone saying they will never do anything and you actually do it at some point, can we verbally agree that you will post pics for all of us to see (some things I wouldn't want to though).

You have to be pretty witty to get in on this one....

I agree about the whole "other man" thing - not going there.

Here's one not mentioned, I will never burn the American flag or allow one to be burned in my presence without some serious blood spilled.

And the older I get the more it seems like I will never walk without my knees and feet hurting again. I don't see a way to run a 4.6 40 anymore, and it seems I have completely lost the ability to attract the eye of any really attractive women!@@

I hear ya, loud and clear. Public desecration of The United States Flag will get you hurt, real bad, around me. There is one instance (retiring of the Flag) that I will witness, though.

Several years ago, at my son's 'crossing' into the Boy Scouts (from Cub Scouts). . . . .
The ceremony was incredible. The occasion was joyful and 'light'.
The audience was very loud at times, and festive.

Near the end of the night's ceremonies, the Scout Master and other leaders began another ceremony - - - to retire a Flag. (Burning/burying in a private ceremony.)

Well, when the ceremony began, no-one would get quiet.
To me, this is a very serious ceremony. Not one to be taken lightly.

As the ceremony/retirement progressed a BUNCH of people got very loud, talking amongst themselves.
The Scout Master was visibly upset, and could not get the crowd to settle down.

Being the loudmouth so-and-so that I am, I walked over to the Scout Master and asked him to pause the ceremony for ONE minute.

I whistled as loud as I could and yelled for everyone to STOP talking and give me their attention for ONE minute.
That pavillion got absolutely silent.
I explained what the ceremony was about, and that this MAY be the most important and symbolic event of the evening, (and in some of these peoples' lives).

You could hear a pin drop.
Adults, children, cats, dogs, crickets. . . . total silence.

I have to admit that this ceremony had many people (me included) covered in goose-bumps and a somberness (correct usage???) that carried us until after the night's ceremonies were concluded.

I was proud to participate in that ceremony.

Thanks for reading.

Awesome and thanks for sharing. It takes one kind of courage to stand up to your enemies, and a little more to stand up to your friends.

and no there has been no "hooking up with another guy" or any of the other "FEE FEE" stuff that may have been mentioned in this thread. Im reffering to the "ILL NEVER JUMP OUT OF A PERFECTLY GOOD PLANE"!!!!!!

I agree... I'll try anything twice... I know the saying's supposed to be once, but you might have screwed it up the first time so I always try it a second time to make sure...

this might be true except for sky diving!

if at first you don't succeed sky diving may not be for you
