Needing replacement passenger wiper arm!

The wiper arm on my 99 f-150 is stripped out, does anyone know if anybody sells an aftermarket replacement or is this a dealer or salvage yard item only?

Have you tried to tighten it? Mine are stripped out.. but i just tightened it alot, and now they work fine.
