Battery ground

I have a dumb question I just installed an aluminum intake can I run my neg battery cable to it for ground. That is the way it was set up on old cast intake. Thanks

I don't think you will have any problems doing it that way as aluminum is a good conductor but I would look into grounding it on the block.

Aluminum is actually a better conductor than steel. All I would worry about is the dissimilar metal corrosion between the wire connector and the aluminium. You cant have too many ground wires though
