Just Ordered My 2007 Grille

Nope. A 2007 grille will have to have about an inch shaved off the bottom to fit the 2000 to 2004 Excursions.
He is probably speaking of ordering one of these.....

I have one from him on my Excursion (see image below). He does an extremely good job shaving them down to fit properly. I might order another one in the Mineral Grey color, if I can ever get him to quote me a price. His auction says to add $28 to $98 for the color. So which is it, $28 or $98?

I don't think you could do it without some special type of milling equipment.

I just installed mine last week. It looks killer but I need to shave it down another 1/8" in a couple of the corners. It's touching the bumper

Not sure if it's the bumper that's a bit high or the grill not shaved enough...whatever, it's no biggie I'll fix it & it looks so much better then the old grill.
