Is this the correct oil for the Mazda 5 speed?
Is this a synthetic oil?
I went to there sight but did not find the answer I was looking for thanks JNT
Ps should one add any thing else like stp?

Just normal ATF is fine, I wouldn't worry about any additive.
Most the time when I see these fail its because of low oil.
The three rubber plugs on the back of the shifter cover like to leak, you can pull them out and seal them up with silicone.
