I believe I saw you heading south yesterday, I was coming under the interstate and saw this red Ford being pulled by a dang Suburban. So now I am outing you, if it was you. It was right around noon and there was a golf cart or mule/ranger/gator behind the truck.
That was us cruising down 1-25. The price on the suburban was so good we had to buy it. Quite the caravan we travel with...1995 Chebbie Suburban, 1979 F100 and 1972 Westinghouse electric golf cart with 1957 chebbie hood for awning.
I will see if I can get some pictures posted in the morning. too tired tonight to do anything. Ran a 12.29 @109 on a greasy, newly paved track today in 90 degree weather @5800 ft elevation. Then we got rained out and didn't get our second practice run.

my mom was driving down south greeley highway in cheyenne right by the safeway. as she was passing a big wall of water hit her car pushing it into on coming traffic about to hit a car. about a second later the water hit the oncoming car and pushed it farther over and they missed by about a foot she said. to much water in the last couple days. tomorrow should be a fun day.
I have been hearing that this rainy weather is supposed to be on for another few days, hope in a way it lets up. Sounds like Cheyenne has all they need and more.
we got enough water the first day to last a good week. Cars up to the roofs in water, 500,000 gallons in the civic center, 100's of flooded basements, and on and on. not sure what is looks like after today.
Good Morning Wyoming. Sounds like you guys should get yourself some plans to build an ark!! We had the rain problems in June. We ended up with 16 inches for the month. It was nuts!

Anybody know why it's so windy in Wyoming? Is it because Idaho blows and Nebraska sucks, or is it Montana and Colorado? Maybe the cornhuskers will educate me...
We need rain something fierce... although we had a very wet spring, so Boysen reservoir has filled up nicely!
Miles, that is one bada$$ truck. I'd like to see it sometime!
Welcome to the forum Michelle! You did the right thing by expressing your offence... we'll try to be good. Please meet us halfway and don't take anything too seriously though... this forum can be lots of fun!
Last, but not least... Steve will remember this one...
Well Scott I have been having fun. But you have to understand that if I was to post a half naked guy on here that you would not like it. But I understand also, having a husband and 2 sons plus 1 grandson, its just what guys like to look at. Plus we are getting rain tonight, we even got some last night. That is so sweet, RAIN!!! Also loved your picture of the country.
Outstanding Michelle. If you were to post a half-naked guy, myself and many of the others would probably give you plenty of good-natured crap, but no doubt somebody would take offense. We do have other places for that kind of stuff. Thank you for understanding anyhow. It is nice to have a lady around, sometimes we need a kick in the pants to get back in line.
Still waiting to get ripped by Pat... must be out playin' in the cornfields?
Boy, you can kid around me it is ok. I know that you were only going to tease him about being a cornhusker. It is kinda like being from Colorado and being a greene.

Happy Trails!
Nice map, pretty well sums things up right. And speaking of tourist the Sturgis bike ralley must be winding down as I-25 has been humming hard all after noon with motor bikes. I live 4 miles back from the interstate and I can hear them even now rumbling along. Happy Trails.
