Too hot for Wyoming. Cheyenne set a single day record of 97 for August on Friday. The humidity for Friday was at 7%. There was also a record low amount of rain for July at less than 1". Pretty dry and brown here.

I heard it got hot out there yesterday. Nice thing is, you don't have this humidity!

I think we're done with the rain for a while. We had 16-18 inches in June alone! I know you guys still had a lot of snow up in the mountains, at least up by Lander, when I was out there. I've never seen snow that late in June out there.

I was up on Laramie Peak two weeks ago and there was still snow in the trees. I also saw a few small rivers running water in early June that haven't had water running in about 5 years. If we would have had a little rain this summer we would have been looking at getting out of this drought.

We had some very hot weather along with a lot of rain...11+ inches. A normal July will see about 3-4". Been having to mow the lawn twice a week!!!
