Took me about a day and half, but I took mine to the machine shop and had the kingpins pressed out and in. Best 20.00 bucks I spent or it would have took alot longer. A good time to get the spindles and switch to disc brakes if you haven't.

Out of town now, but I will send you a pic of two when I get back. It is not anything hard or difficult and it did not lower it as much as it said it would. I am tearing it apart ton put on a different suspension..
