the 77" dolly will fit, but in a turn the fender will hit the rocker below the door. it will tow backwards btw. the 80" dolly might be better

Uhaul refused to rent me one of their tow dollies when I told them it was for a 91 F150 (too wide and too heavy). They did let me rent one for an explorer. They will also ask what you are towing with, and if their computer system doesn't think it's safe, they won't rent it to you.

Good luck.

Yeah, always tell them you're towing a Honda Civic with an F-350.

I had a F-250 on my 77" dolly, its fenders came close in turns but did not hit it, it worked just fine.

Pull it will a 3/4 ton or bigger for the large brakes and the dolly doesn't need brakes to help stop it.

Uhaul has the tow vehicle has to be bigger/heavier then the towed vehicle rule. It's a good rule!

I would like to add I did not try to do any U turns or anything crazy, had I, I'm sure the fenders would have hit!

Normal turns where fine.
