Well the dealer called me. Said the back rotors were warped but warranty would not cover them. Said it was considered a wear item. Funny yesterday they told me they would replace if defective. I guess warping isn't considered a defect. Wanted $107.00 to turn them. I told them no thanks. They are going to put a new AC compressor on it though, said the old one was failing. I am just going to buy some new rotors @ Auto zone and put them on myself.
Amazing how warranties are administered by different Ford stores - while I paid to replace my front rotors for obvious reasons shown above at 45Kor so miles, they replaced the rears under warranty at 35.7K miles. Pads are not warranted - but rotors..............??? Yes, they are a wear item and they MIGHT have a case if your pads were to steel, but they should not warp. But, again, like I said above, my last two trucks were 150's as well as my wifes Escape - all needed rotors.

Then add a few hours of your time - a lot cheaper then Ford. My F350 was significantly more, but that's the one of the prices you pay for a Super Duty
