flow testing heads

Has anyone here ever flow tested the 351M/400 heads against the 2bbl aussie heads to see if the chambers effect the flow rates?
I'd think the open chambers would be better.

Open chambers will flow better than closed chambers with all else equal. The closed chambers will give you more compression and quench. These can more than make up for the slight loss of flow.
