Fuse Box Questions

I have an 06 F-150 SuperCrew 5.4L FFV. I am unable to find the appropraite fuse for my power port. It is not listed in the manual. However the rear power port and cig lighter are listed. These however have nothing what so ever to do with my other power port. Anybody know which fuse this is that I need to pull? Thanks the manual sucks it is no help!

Fuse 39 is listed in the owners manual as "Instrument panel power point" it's a 20 amp fuse.
