i no this has be asked before
where do you guys get your up pipes from and is one better then the other

They may be hard to come by, but are worth the wait.

Yeah, I've heard they have been backordered for a while. IIRC, Rick (Miller_Feed) was able to have some drop shipped to him from IH just recently.

IH makes their bellowed pipes, and a few vendors carry them. Got mine from BWD.

DI also makes their own custom up-pipes.

So those are the two choices that are available.

Thats right. Call your IH dealer and ask if they stock them. My dealer don't stock this kit, I have the part # for the kit at home. I can post it tomorrow unless someone has it handy. There is a certain way that IH handles orders. The way they handled mine was, I prepay for the kit, they they turn it over to a special part of IH that looks at every dealer in the US. If a dealer has the part, they must ship it to me, in other words they can't hord it. No dealer had one because they were all on back order. They called me and told me this. I asked what the next step was, they said they will call the factory and have them ship the next one made, before they ship any of them out to other dealers. I think it only took a week to get them to me.

Thats how I got mine, with dealers telling people they are on backorder. I have had nothing but good customer service from this dealer. I think they have to want to help you for this kind of service.
