Custom Vs Nostalgia
Hi guys, I know this forum has some great personal oppinions and I need some help in which way to go with the interior look for the 53. As it was with my colour for the 53, I am asking you guys which would be more suitable, Nostalgia or Custom. Thanks for the guys for the sample photos I borrowed from your galleries. I have about eight weeks to finish the 53 as I have booked it in at the upholsters at the end of August early Sept.

that bottom photo IMO gives you the best of both worlds,it looks very '50's kustom.Sweet,& looking at your gallery,I think 2-tone would look great with that light colour.For what its worth,my gallery has some shots of my trucks new interior,don't know if they might help.Good Luck

I love two tone interiors but if you plan on driving the truck alot keep in mind that the lighter colors shows and stains easier than the dark colors. Your paint scheme may not allow that though. I used the faux leather material and have been very it easy to clean and maintain after 4500 miles since March of this year. As far as your design IMO clean and simple but yet functional.

I think (my personal opinion of course), that it is "entirely" up to YOU and YOUR personal desire and taste. My persnal"opinion" leans toward the Nostalgic look...either way , your ride will look Great.
Who was it that had the Springbok head rest inserts?..that was cool, ..not my taste ,but Cool..
Holmsey chose a great looking 60's,white/gold pleated look...again very Cool...But in the end ( no pun intended) , it's your butt that will be sitting in it ,so comfort needs to be considered, and that may influence the design..Good Luck!
