Welcome to FTE. I cleaned my EBPV tube and had really no effect on milage. Installed my DP Tuner and mpg went from 14.5 on the hwy to 17.3. Me I am real happy with that the best I have ever gotten since I bought the truck new, and I now have 252,000 mile. Tells me I should have done the tuner alot earlier.

My mileage might have went up .5 when I replaced the sensor and made a new line. The sensor has a small effect on the fuel tables. Since with that stupid thing on and off, its hard for me to tell the difference. I put it back on since I got a hardly used sensor from fleabay for I think 5$. The tube cost me 5$ to make.
In all honesty, that sensor goes out one more time, I'm going to replace it with a pressure sensor of my own to monitor back pressure on a gauge. Since my EBPV is deleted anyways, I'm too worried about it keeping the valve closed lol. Just another code to ignore when I run codes. I got enough of them now anyways all related to things I have done.
Only problem is when people want there EBPV to operate in colder weather. It annoyed me real bad when that stupid thing would close, I would try to pull out in traffic and it would not close fast enough.
