Is this a good RV" cam??

I bought a master engine kit and they sent me a cam in the kit that is suppose to be an "RV" cam. I'm curious if this is a correct cam for a 390 and if it is indeed an RV cam:

Melling SYB-23
Int. Lift-.432 duration 273 centerline 113 rocker ratio used 1.75 Hyd. lifters
Exh.Lift-.436 duration 281 centerline 111 rocker ratio used 1.75 Hyd. lifters
The duration at .050 lift for intake and exhaust are 192 and 199

I'm using Speedpro pistons that will yield close to 10:1 compression I am told. The heads are 1975 stock 4V heads.

The extra exh duration will be a good thing, as to the exact status of the cam as an RV ? Not sure and alothas to do with the rest of the build as to how the cam will play in harmony so.. better intel on the build is in order if you want to know if the cam is a compliment to your build.

Cam will be installed straight up. stock heads with stock rockers. Pistons are as I mentioned earlier as is the 4V stock intake. Transmission is the stock C6 auto. I'm looking at a set of headers from Summit for $129.00 unless someone knows where I can find them new cheaper.

Sounds like a stock cam. Too small. Might spark knock at 10:1

Will this cams work with my setup?

Here is a Lunati cam I found at Summit:
Lunati 00053 - Lunati Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshafts - summitracing.com

It has lots of duration (300) and a .514 lift. The pistons I am using are the speedpro H395P. I'm using stock 1975 heads and the block is a 1968 block. No deck work and the heads are totally stock so no mill work on them. I want to be sure the cam lift isn't too much for the pistons and will this be a good toque cam. The cam I got with my master engine kit seems a bit weak or as stated by someone, a stock setup cam. I will be running long tube headers and a stock 4V intake with a Holley 600 carb ( came with it originally).

192 and 199 duration at .050 is stock, i bought my old truck that had an rv cam. Decoded it to be a clevite rv stock grind, wtf. That melling mtf-4 is old technology and so is that lunati.

I like the lunati voodoo series, they just came out with FE grinds, or the Crane (we have been raising prices) powermax, or the comp cams extreme energy series.
