Voltage regular???
I have 1986 Bronco 302 efi aod....
I am not a mechanic but where is the voltage regular located???
My truck would not start, had to jump twice to drive 20 miles to home.
Check Battery = ok
Check Alternator = ok (14 volts)
Could it be bad voltage regular?

Voltage regular???
That one could be integral to the alternator.
Otherwise, look for a silver box near the starter solenoid on the right inner fender.

Silver box...i am not sure if i can ever see the color silver...it may be covered in dirt...do you mean map sensor? or something?

Voltage regular???
The regulator is usually attached to the R inner fender near the starter relay, but your problem sounds more like a bad starter relay. When you change it, get the newer style where all the posts point the same direction.
