6.0 no start. Using scangauge please help

Need help. Scangauge reads icp ok. Ipr ok.. Fmp voltage is all over the place from 42 down to 2. Flp is also all over the place from 11 down to 2 volts. And no Syc. Load checked batteries good. Voltage is 11.5 down to 10.5 when cranking. Fuel good. No pre warning signs. Parked running good. I have read tones of forums but none with 3 issues. Could it be the relay?? Would a bad ficm show no syc on cranking?? Why is my flp voltage so up and down.

Change the relay.
Then check FLP, it shouldn't be lower than 9.0v... ever. Check your alternator, it should be doing 13.6v or more.
If FICM drops to less than 45v, it's toast.

Fix cam or crank sync, that should get you back FICM sync. You need both to be 1 when cranking for FICM to be 1, its an x-gauge for scan gauge.

That low cranking voltage may be causing low RPM, why they popped codes. You need 150+ RPM to fire it.

Often, if it fails to fire you'll get a code for crank sensor.

Readings

Pretty new at this. Cleaned batt connections. Tried wiggling wire harness in all spots known for chaffing. 2003 f350.

Icp 0 - koeo 1600 cranking
icv .13 koeo 2 cranking
fmp koeo starts at 41 drops to 0
flp koeo starts at 9 drops to zero
voltage bouncing all over on fmp and flp even when not cranking
ipr 14.8 koeo - 48 cranking
rpm 125
voltage 11.7. Cranking down to 10.5-11

do I have multiple problems or can one component cause all issues. Like I said was running fine when parked.

You don't really have high enough rpm's to start (assuming the reading is accurate).

FICM relay was my first thought as well, but you need higher cranking rpms.

Starter healthy?

As far as I know starter good. I also put 2 booster packs. One on each battery. Rpm 165.

165 should be good.

I would follow Randy's first suggestion (new FICM relay)

Dont know where you are on this, but I have had problems like this that were the result of poor connections in the main wiring harness. the round connectors on the left inner fender well to be precise. Hope you get it figured out soon.

Check cam and crank sync, you need both of those to get FICM sync. Also the drop to zero on the FICM isn't a good thing. Your logic power input drops to zero... shows an alternator issue as that supplies all the truck power once the motor is running. Starting power comes from the batteries, once it's running, the alternator takes over.

The ground wire on the drivers side fender feeds the FICM and PCM, did you clean them to be sure your getting good grounds?
