i have a 2000 2wd v-6 reg. cab and i replaced the stock 255/70/16 with 265/75/16. it fits well, never rubs and looks like it always should have in my opinion. The springs are the same on the 2wd trucks (unless it's heavy duty) so it doesn't matter what size came on it stock. 265's will fit.
ok in bout a month or so when i have money for some new tires i will upgrade on the size
i just thought that it came with bigger tires from the factory for my truck but i guess not
