Dim LED odometer
My LED lights for the odometer / trip / timer are dim during the day, as if the head lights are on. The dimmer dial has no effect. if I turn on the head lights the odometer does not go more dim.
Any one else seen this?

There are many threads here on the repair of the odometer due to dim or dark displays. The instrument cluster has to come out and there are cold solder joints on the back that have to be redone. A search should turn up the threads for you.
