Problems with N-Fab step bars
Anyone have any problems with n-fab stepbars? Have 08 F250 cc. The problem is the holes on the bars don't match up with the stock factory holes. They are about an 1/8" off. I don't want to drill in to the bars brackets. Talked to n-fab keep getting the run around from them. Am told there is no problem with there product and i'm doing something wrong. My father tried to put them on saw they samething. He also got the same answers from n-fab. He works for Ford as a Die Maker he knows what he's doing. But according to N-fab were the ones who are wrong. Keep getting told how long they have worked with Fords and check everything that goes out, but something wrong with them here. Everythings been through email so we have a record. Haven't heard back in 2 days wants us to call, but won't have records.
Going to try to return them will see what happens next.

Since you are corresponding through email already try to take a few pictures and include them with your next message.
I have never installed any N-Fab bars, so I can't speak on how well they normally fit up.

I had to open up a few holes in my pinch weld to get all the bolts through.I also used 6 (3 on each side) of the upper bolts to keep them from rattleing.Now I'm very happy with them.Very strong & look great.

Problem solved
After a few more emails of me being told I’m an idiot and I don’t know what I’m doing. This is from the CEO of N-Fab. I returned the bars. There was a ¼” difference in the holes on the bar brackets and the truck. If I did any thing to the bars there would have been nothing left on the bracket. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau for N-Fab to take a return.
When I took the bars back to the place I ordered from. I showed them the emails. They said if it were him he would personal take them back and punch this guy in the face. To be treated the way form a CEO of a company is crazy. How do you stay in business? This shop also measured and got the same results.
To any one looking to purchase from N-Fab beware. This was the worst I’ve been treated. I’m a Marketing Manager if anyone under me treated a client or customer this way they would be fired.
