So, I bought a N-Fab 30" light bar mount for the 2017, and we have an issue... The ACC module (and I think collision avoidance) is mounted inside the left front tow hook, making it impossible to use the inside bolts to attach the mount.
I've contacted N-Fab and sent them pictures as well, but I had a thought afterwards... if they made a similar mount that attached to the bolts on the outside of the tow hooks, it would accommodate a 40" light bar no problem!
Either way, I can't find any mounts that accommodate the ACC module and allow for mounting without removing it. Has anyone else found a way to do this on a 2017? I've attached a picture from N-Fab on the mount of am2017, and some pics I took to show the issue.
I took the cover off the ACC module, and the way it is mounted prevents the light bar mount from fitting and allowing the ACC module to remain. It seems like a huge oversight by the manufactures of the light bar mount, as it doesn't seem light much adjustment would be needed to make it all work together. Like I mentioned above, if the mount used the bolts on the outside of the tow hooks, everything would fit while leaving the ACC module with a clear view!
