Haven't bought from him, but I was eyeballing a similar pair, except projector type housing... I'm gonna wager if you want to go to HID, projector is the way to do it... this looks like a single beam HID plugged into a normal bulb style housing...
some of the other HID people can chime in here on why that's not so great...

I was also looking at these headlight not sure of the color of the HID and modifications needed. Let us know if you get them and how they work out.

I ordered a set like that prior to getting the one's I have (see gallery) and they weren't going to fit without a lot of cutting and messing around under the hood...mind you that was for my 04 X, might be different for what you need....
