Do you live in an area with annual emissions inspection? If so, how are the readings? If its running rich it should show up. Otherwise you may need to have the dealer hook it up to a diagnostic machine. BTW - how is the mileage?

I called our dealer today,she only has 27,000 miles,no codes,he said it is a common look in tailpipes with the JUNK gas we our putting in our tanks,drive her,,,,,do you agree,no emmission testing in OHIO,,,thanx CRIP

I use Chevron gas in ALL my vehcials.
When gas got to $4.00 A GAL. I tried the cheaper gas.The gas mileage went to H#ll on the 01 Focus and the 02 Tribute.The Tribute has had to have the TB cleaned twice while using the cheap gas.The only thing different was the Gas.The Mazda dealer said to use a Top Tier Gas. So now I'm back to using Chevron gas. Gas mileage is back on both Vehs.
Put a tank of a Top Tier Gas in it and take a trip on the interstate.Keep using the top Top Tier Gas you will be able to see a difference.
