lope idle

anyone running the lope idle setting from jody? i was curious as to what it does. just a lope idle? can you drive with that setting? any power with it?

There are a couple superduty guys running it. its just an idle tune. It changes the timing a lot (retards it I think) and so it would not be a good idea to drive it like that.

& Tim should know,,, he is the lope idle (not exactly by choice) expert....

Yep thats me! I haven't had the lope for a while now. I am just waiting for it to start again!

Good call on leaving the lope idle tune out. Seems like a waste of $45 to me. But some have the money so they do it. Might be cool at a sled pull while your waiting your turn to pull but even then your a poser.

yeah i hear ya with that one. now if it was a real lope idle and had some meaning behind.. that would be a different story
