What bed will fit?

I have a 95 F250 4wd (dual gas tank)with a work truck box on it and want a standard 8' bed. So I'm going to put the work truck box up for sale and want to know whats compatible with it. So I can sell it to the right person and so I can find me a standard bed.

F150?
F350?
What years?

Thanks in advance.

AFAIK 92-97 OBS beds are all the same 150 to 350. I don't remember if the dual tanks were optional on all models are not. But I've seen plenty of trucks across the range with dual tanks.

I think dual tank were standard on most models. I know my 1995 F-150 SC short bed 4x4 XLT had duals, but I don't think my buddy's 1994 F-150 regular cab long bed 6 cyl. manual trans XL had duals.

Well thats good news. I just thought the F150 and 250-350 frames are different.

Make sure you measure the distance between the mounting bolts. And where they are, front-to-back. I wouldn't "assume" anything

Our 90 F150 had the dual tanks, my buddies had the dual tank holes but the second was just a blank, he had the 300 and we had a 302
