trans swap compatability

i have a 94 f150 with an e4od trans and was wondering if i could swap it with a 95 aod e/4r70w?

IF both from behind the same engine. (300, 302, 351 share bell, 460 diff, diesel diff)

BUT, you want to take out the E4OD and put in an AOD e or 4r70w? If so, not sure your ECU is going to be happy as it will miss the E4od..... You may have to change it also.

A PCM that ran an E4OD will not be able to run an AODE or 4R70W. You'll have to change that, too.
