When you get the parts catalog...go to this illustration:

Section 197 / Page 6 / F100/350 / 240/300 / Engine compartment A/C components.

Everything Ford used and how/where it was used is pictured.

Pulleys, mountings brackets...and the one thing you are lacking and need...the IDLER pulley which mounts on the drivers side.

The illustration not only shows the parts as individual pieces, but as assembled on the engine itself..showing the belt routing, the componets as assembled, the whole chittery!

I ordered the catalog on CD so I can see what I am missing. Thanks once again for all your help.

mistake

i must have confused you last time because i asked for the ones for the upper but i worded it funny you gave me the c1tt5348a number so i ordered 4 of them but when i got them i realised they were a little big to be the upper ones. Its ok though i have extras for the future im sure its not the last time these will wear out. And this manual you speak of where do you get it, Ive never seen one but sounds like it would be very handy putting one of these trucks together without ever taking one apart. Thanks Kyle

Front Spring-Front ~ 1961/64 F100/250 4WD

C1TT5348A is the large (lower) bushing that goes into the spring eyelet.

C1TT5344A are the smaller (upper) bushings for the shackle itself, 2 per side are used.

greensalescompany.com has 10 of them.

The: 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog is available on a CD from hipoparts.com / also sold on ebay / the price is $22.00.
