I need to replace the driver's side captians chair armrest (leather - parchment). When I go to the large variety of Ford OEM parts suppliers on line, the search always boils down to a part for ~$80 to ~$90. Great! I am not sure what this part is. Since they don't ask driver's or passenger's side, I assume this price is for both. None of these parts joints identify if this item is a cover(s) or the entire armrest(s).
Can anyone enlighten me on this? A real, live Ford part number would be great.
Finally, has anyone found a on line, actual Ford parts manual? If so, where?
Thanks. The kind folks at Team Ford sent me a exploded view of the seat. The part number is 644A18. Shoulda just called them in the first place. So for those who are considering this replacement, the cover is about $85 plus shipping.
The other part is me being dumb and not looking closely enough. The armrest cover is identicle for both the driver and passenger side.....DOH!
If the top is just crack, do like I an just swap the two covers, then the crack is on the bottom and you can't see it. It take less than 10 minutes and they just slide on and off.
