I have a 92 with the switch mount broken. You can remove the dash part, disconnect the switch, pull the wires thru the hole and reconnect the switch letting the switch hang on the outside of the dash. This way you can use it until you can find a new dash. You can try to glue it but I haven't had much luck gluing plastic parts together where any kind of strength is needed.
These tabs on one of my vehicles broke some time back. I fixed it with a small dab of PVC/ABS/CPVC cement judiciously and sparingly applied to the back edges of the switch and the dash. (The screw attachment points had pretty well disintegrated).
I also used "Magnum Steel" 2-part epoxy to recreate the screw attachment points on another. Both fixes have worked well so take your pick! The latter may be better in that it is easier to replace the switch at a later time should the need arise.
