major fuel changes?
i was reading in one of the deisel mags where a guy put after market filters and a electric lift pump on the drivers side frame. looked sweet and cleared out the valley for lots of extra room for dual HPOPs. is this cost effective and benneficial?

E pump fuel system is a great mod (on my short list), it provides more consistant fuel delivery, better filtration, and a cleaner valley. For truck looking for performance its a great mod. For a stock or close to stock truck not much need for it for the cost. Kits range from $700-$1500 depending on what you go with. For the standard pump, pre pump filter (15-30 micron), post pump filter (2-10 micron), and fuel pressure regulator you could do it for around $500 depending on parts scrounging ability and sources.

excellent i'm thinking hard about making my own because i can possibly get all the parts locally as long as i now what the requirements of the system is. save a little money here so i can get closer to my exhast HPOP and injectors
