I`m doing fine as it`s another beautiful sunny day here, it`s 32°F though it feels alot warmer.

For once we`re the same temperature Steve.
It`s going to cool down tonite and then come back up though not quite this warm. The of January is supposed to be above normal temperatures here so maybe we`ll have a decently mild winter for a change.
