Well I'm on a mission to sell our house. We have found and conditionally bought an acreage 10 minutes west of town. Beautiful yard (7 acres) and 50 acres of pasture to boot. The downsides to the property is it has some nasty water issues in the basement due to poor waterproofing and high water table, and no outbuildings. On the plus side, I can build and place outbuildings as I need them, where I want them, and as big as I want them. I can properly waterproof the basement and do some external pits/pumps to take the water away from the basement... We're very excited!!!

It`s going to be a warm one here too and chance of thunder showers.
Congrats Sherm, you just can`t beat living in the country. Time to get a couple of horses if you get the acreage.
