I just purchased my F-150 SuperCrew 9/2. I am looking for some black nerf bars for my truck. I need some with some type of slip protection since I live in an area that gets snow. Has anyone purchased any for their truck and where did they get them? Let me know if they have a web site.

What are Nerf Bars?

 

Hardware stores, such as Lowes have the non-slip pads you can purchase. usually in the tool area. You can cut them to fit.

 

I bought GoRhino! Wheel to Wheel nerf bars; and they have rubber steps on them. I live in SD, so they work awesome with the snow! They do have them in black as well! I LOVE them. I have a set of Westin bars on my F150 Supercap, these will rust with stone chips ect. I took mine to a Line-X dealer and had the bedlined stuff sprayed on (mask off rubber foot steps) they look great and won't chip.
