Just installed "The Cure"
I picked up "The Cure" (The Ford Transmission Cure for shift flair problems) after reading about it on a couple boards. and man im LIKING it! feels like a whole new tranny the OD shift point feels alot better quick and firm. and it downshifts shifts out of overdrive so much easier now dont have to mash the gas to get out of OD. Great product!

well before when crusing at 40-50 in OD if i wanted to downshift and haul id have to mash the gas pedel to the floor real quick to get it out of OD. or else even at a half-3/4 pedel it would just blow a whole ****load of black smoke (chiped) and chug along. now just a quarter-half a pedel shifts it out of OD.

I see what you mean. That is caused by the Cure. Faster kick down shift gets more power to the ground with less boost lose. That kick down shift is my favorite with the Cure installed!
