I can see the value and I have heard of many that have been helped by this and similar procedures.
I will caution you to check the doctor's record carefully, though.
A coworkers brother died from this surgery. it later was discovered that the guy had 3 malpractice suits pending and a bunch of official complaints that did not result in lawsuits.
