ttb 44 and aussie locker

plain and simple, will a ttb 44 hold up to an aussie used for snow wheeling?

I'd think so but that also depends on what size tires and motor you are running.

A locker in a TTB isn't a good idea.

The aussie locker is about the best lunch box locker I've found, expecially for the price, but the 1/2ton TTB isn't up for a lot of abuse.

It might work for you, but how about a little more info....snow and plowing, wheeling, stock tires, what?

Only if you run 44s under it.

In that case, if you feel you Need the added traction of a locker, go for it.

Just remember going straight is the easiest on componants with a locker.
IF you turn, you start putting much more strain on steering, joints, etc....

If you do decide to put a drop in/lunch box locker, the aussie locker is a very good choice.
Good luck

Yup it's a '49 Cub. It's my "offroad" proj right now

You're putting the locker in a 95 150? What kid of tires do you have under it? You should share your truck.
