35s are around 550-575 revs per mile, not sure where you got 875. Ford only will program down to 600, which is about a 34" tire max. I don't know why they limit it to that because some programmers allow you to go much lower in the revs/mile.

30625/tire diameter = revs/mile is the only formula that I know.
Inches in a mile, divided by diameter times pi. Diameter times pi is circumference. This value will be slightly off from the manufacturer spec because of tire compression and slight slip with each revolution. I tried figuring out where the 30625 number came from and I couldn't figure it out.
