Today I went out to my F-350 with a screwdriver in hand, and I was ablt to get the back speakers out. However, I had no clue what size they were or much of anything. Actually, I visited www.crutchfield.com and used their fit guide, it brought up 6 1/2 for the front speakers, and 5x7 to 6x8 for the rear speakers. I found what I think is a great deal on some Pioneer 6x8 3-ways, only $75 and they go up to 180watts, that ought to be enough for now. So, I plan to order a set of 6 1/2 and a set of 6x8, but if I the 6x8 don't fir with the rear grill does anyone know any sight that would sale an aftermarket grill?
In case your not sure, the truck is a '94, I actually would like o try to get new grills, preferably a nice gloss black, I think that would look great with the gray interior. Anyone recomend any cheaper than cheap long lasting amplifiers that can take say 50watts up to 180 watts?
Hi
If you talk to someone who does any amount of installs ,they more than likely have a whole bin of grills they have not used . You might even get them for nothing.
