transmission shifter
2000 ps has a problem with transmission shifter...First problem was it won't manualy shift to 1st gear and now it sometimes won't start in park unless you push hard on the shifter...Any suggestions??

The shift lever has been known to work it's way loose sometimes. Follow the lever to where it attaches to the steering column. I believe there are 2 torx screws that come loose. Tighten those back down and see if that helps.
