AOD TRANS bumps
can any body tell me what could
i have a 1990 ford econoline van 5.0l 302 eng 1/2ton
when am going down the road the overdrive bumps or jerks in the over drive
when it shifts only
it has 96k on it

A lot of bump / jerk shifting is caused by a slight stumble / misfire in the engine.
Even a small glitch can cause this condition.
You are probably going to think BS, the engine runs like a top.
But when was the last time the plugs, wires, cap were looked at?

i can feel it it only does it in over drive the other is ok

i drove it today it you can feel it when it shifts here like a noise
