95 explorer OEM system HELP

95 explorer OEM system HELP
I have a 95 explorer with the stock premium system (6 disk changer and rear controls). I have come across a 99 explorer stock rear sub unit with attached amplifier. If I put this into my 95, can I unplug and remove the current amplifier and plug into this? Do I need to do a bunch of rewiring? Is there an adapter available? Or, is this even possible. If you have any suggestions or have done this before please send me back the necessary info. THANKS
