Arm Rest ID

I just replaced the arm rests on my '66. The arm rests I removed don't look much like the pictures in the catalogs or the rests I received. I was wondering what they belong to.

NumbersDummy, would you tell me what these go to? The part number stamped on the inside of the handle is COAB 6424140. The Ford emblem is stamped above and the letters "K Z" are stamped below.

The armrests for our trucks fit, obviously, 61-6 trucks AND early Falcons...61-3 or 4 front and rear doors. the number you posted is a car 1960 p/n(C0)
D I believe indeed denotes Falcons...and B is Body parts...typically soft trim if Im not mistaken.
the number ...the first 2 numbers are the body type of its original(I believe) intended application or its main application. the last 5 are its basic p/n and the last 2 are the color code...its a car code I believe as the trucks codes up to and including 1963 black was the only color shown in the parts book being shown used...64 up they added more colors along the way.

I hope this helps shed a bit of light on it...btw...on mine, KZ is on all of my blue armrests...is that the color you are working with too ???

Thanks, cs65.

My truck is a standard cab with its original blue seat. I will replace the seat eventually.

The arm rests are green or aqua with a valley running down the centerline from front to back. They have nothing in common with the rest of the truck. It dosn't suprise me that they would come from a car.
