chip on manual trans

i have a 97 350 w/ a k&n intake, stage 2 injectors, dual 5" miter cut stacks and a five speed manual. i was looking at the tony wildman chip and i noticed that some of the settings have to do with the shifting of an auto trans. what settings would have the most effect on a stick shift?

The same tunes for auto's is what he would use. Just on a manual he doesn't need to change anything, ie line pressure, shift points. Just when you order it tell TW its a manual.

oh and not to be a ***** but do your truck a favor and disgard the k-n intake... they are junk... look into the 6637 air filter mod...
