BBW:
When you pull that pan, clean that area of the block really, really good and check for cracks in or around the mating surface and upwards on the block and clean and check that pan as well.
Sealing an oil pan is not rocket science and I'm concerned that there may be a contributing factor involved. I have no doubt that you did everything right but there has to be a reason that it keeps leaking.
I have never pulled a PSD pan let alone seen one off of the block. In my gasser days one little trick that I learned the hard way was inspect the bolt holes that secure the pan. Sometimes they get deformed and kinda pooch upward which destroys the flat surface of the pans matting surface.
If they are pooched upward get a piece of narrow steel to place on the bottom of the lip (where the bolt head rests) as a backing and flatten them back down with a hammer. Then with a new gasket and flat, super clean matting surfaces your problem hopefully will be over.
I don't recall exactly where this leak is or if you ever did tell us. Is it near the dip stick tube? Just a thought.
