The 603 is common, and I would assume the 1119 is related to the tuner also.
DI1 DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) P1119
DTC P1119 indicates that the MAT sensor circuit was out of range high.
Possible causes:
open in harness
damaged connection
damaged MAT sensor
damaged PCM
John, I think you mean the 6637 mod. Did you take the whole sensor out of the old box. Or did you just unplug it. Most people just zip tie it to one of the lines under the brake bowl.
The sensor by the filter is the IAT so that's not the same one. Did you unplug the MAT during the 6637 install for some reason? If it's unplugged it will set a high code.
This sensor is gives readings to the PCM to adjust fuel and timing so it makes sense that your tuner would cause the code to show up.
If it's still plugged in and you don't have a short, then it's probably your tuner throwing the code. Can you clear the code, set it to stock and go for a test drive to see if it shows back up?
Yes that is the spider. There should be 3 sensors plugged into it. MAP is the one with hoses attached. The IAH is the bolt looking thing to the left of the MAP (looking from in front of truck. Neither of those are in the diagram above. Look for a 3rd sensor down lower than those 2.
Sorry I don't have a pic. I left my camera at work.
