Bronco Tank?

I did try to search the forums, but I think the search function is down...(no matches, even with "tank" in the keyword field). Time to get my fuel delivery system in full order. The 91 F-250 I bought hasn't had the rear tank in use for over 4 years. To make things easier I'm gonna buy a new tank/FDM for the rear tank, get it right, run the front tank dry, drop the front tank and plug the lines while I diagnose the front tank needs. My mechanic told me today that a Bronco 32 gallon tank would fit in the rear tank position. Anybody ever done this? Can I fit a 19 gallon FDM in the rear 32 gallon bronco tank? I would love to carry 50 gallons of fuel...if not I'll just slap a 19 gallon tank in...Any help?

Yes a 32 gallon bronco tank will work. U need the bronco sending unit, filler hose, and straps. I dont see the problem with using your front tank as well. Alls i know is thats alot of gas and one huge bill. Lots of people do the bronco tank install. You will also loose the ability to hang a spare under your truck.
