right angle drill

does anyone make a right angle drill that is corded and compact. The only one I have come across is a millwalke but it is rather large.

There's several on this page.

The DeWalt DW160v looks like what you're after, but none of these are cheap.

How expensive do you want to go? I have HF right angle drill, but I won't say how good it is since I've never even taken it out of the box. Some of their stuff is OK and some is junk though. I believe that Craftsman and Dewalt make some right angle drills in both corded and cordless.

Sioux makes a great close quarters drill.
It's not quite "right angle" but works great getting into tight places.

I'm not quite sure what you're using it for.....

Purchased a makita very close rt angle, small and compact. Used with hole saw in tight spaces, cut thru studs 4" thick with no problem. If recall it's 4 amp. Also has the variable speed dial, only issue, as with many of the angle drills and grinders, is the trigger mechanism extends the length of the handle which can be be helpful or hindrance.

that dewat is what I'm looking for I don't buy HF tools because it always cost me more to buy cheap tools. All I'm using the drill for is to get into those hard to reach areas nothing heavy dudy.

I Ran into the same problem. I took a Milwaukee Mag(pistol) drill removed the chuck and put the right angle attachment on that. Works very well.

I bought the right angle attachment. It works great, and I don't have to worry about paying a lot of money for a drill that will sit unused more often than not.

warning! DO NOT DROP the Dewalt. It has 3 self-tapping screws that hold the head to the body with delicate ears. It works great, but it is not a heavy-duty model and you get what you pay for. I would suggest an air drill for tight spots if you aren't using it daily.
