Road trip!
As I mentioned elsewhere, I'm flying to Phoenix tomorrow night, and will spend a day visiting family...then spend Friday and Saturday driving from Phoenix to KC.
I figure I'll be driving straight up I35 from the OK state line to KC...anybody got anything good planned for Saturday night?

I don't have anything planned. We never did get the Lake Day going for this month and don't have a GTG scheduled. I could meet you some place if you'd like. What time are you planning on being through Wichita? Course we could move it closer to KC. Say maybe Emporia? I don't think Green will be ready for a highway trip though. I could see about usin one of Clint's trucks though or gettin a ride if others want to make it.

I'm not certain yet...I'd think we'll pass through Wichita near dinner time. 5pm or so...I'm trying to stay flexible on my drive time.

I should be around the house. It's close to the first exit (47th st. South) on 35 as you reach Wichita. My cell number is 316-640-1788.
Lots of places to eat down this way. Aplebee's. Hog Wild BBQ, Braums, Micky D's, Quizno's, Long John's Silver, Spangles, Taco Tico, Taco Bell, KFC, Sub Way, Pizza Hut, Godfather's Pizza, Burger King, China Buffet, Carlos O'kelly's, Papa John's Pizza, and not too far away, Sonic, and Dog & Shake.

Coolness. So we'll plan around 5:00. No worries if our a bit late or early. Folks can meet up at my place if they want.
It is exit 42. As you exit the toll road you'll need to try to get a pay lane on the right side. After the toll boths you go under an over pass. You need to be in the far right lane as you go under that over pass as the exit is on the other side. It is a tight turn that goes back up to the road on the over pass. Hog Wild will be on your right after you go over that over pass. You need to turn in between Long John Silvers and Braums.
